Production Times: All of our items are completely hand-crafted start to finish, by us, especially for you, and will ship in approximately 1 .

Please note that the majority of our items are custom made to order and fabric is often cut and the order begins to be processed soon after an order is placed, cancellations cannot be accepted. Refunds for cancellations will be offered as store credit.

Shipping Timeframes

Domestic Shipping

All of our items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation.

*Shipping times from date of drop off are generally between 3-5 business days for First Class and 2-3 business days for Priority (both available in the drop-down menu at checkout)*.

If the order is shipped within our listed turnaround time (2 weeks) but there is a shipping delay, and the order takes longer than average to arrive, you may return the unopened package for a full refund minus any shipping costs within 7 days of delivery. Only unopened packages which experience a shipping delay will be eligible for a refund. Other orders are eligible for exchange or store credit as per our policy.

International

International orders will go out for shipment in the same manner and amount of time as domestic orders. We ship via First Class International which does come standard with limited tracking within the US as well as Delivery Confirmation to most locations. First Class International usually takes between 5-10 business days, but can take up to 8 weeks*.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Four Tiny Cousins is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

* Within the US, First Class shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. International shipments generally take 5-10 business days, but have been known to occasionally take longer. Please allow up to 8 weeks for International Shipments and in rare instances, 30 days domestically. If no confirmation of delivery or movement of tracking has been shown at that time, a store credit will be issued or a replacement sent.
