This set includes one diaper cover and one long necktie with adjustable velcro closure in blue and white seersucker.  It is a great accessory for your little one's special photos and makes a great cake smash ensemble.

The diaper cover has elastic at the waist and legs and the neck tie is pre-tied to an adjustable velcro neck strap.  Our long ties can be washed, ironed and re-tied to a longer length, allowing them to grow with your little one.
